IS GREATFULL MAIL REALLY FREE?
Yes! Creating and sending a Trail of Greatfull Mail to someone is completely free—anytime, for any occasion. There is no cost to start or join a Trail of Greatfull Mail.
The only time you'll be charged is if you choose to contribute to the group gift card. In that case, you'll pay your chosen contribution amount plus a small processing and handling fee.
How does it work?
1. Create a Trail: Start in minutes and invite friends and family via a unique link.
2. Contribute: Everyone uploads a photo and completes two quick prompts to craft their Greatfull Mail. They will also have the option to contribute to a group gift card.
3. Celebrate: The recipient receives their Greatfull Mail along with the group gift card (if included) that celebrates all the reasons they are deeply appreciated.
How do I start a Trail of Greatfull Mail?
Click Get Started to set up a Trail of Greatfull Mail. Answer a few quick questions, and generate a sharable invitation link for others to join. You will then be prompted to add your own piece of Greatfull Mail to the trail.
How many people can join?
There is no limit to the number of people who can join.
How do I invite people to join the Trail of Greatfull Mail?
Greatfull will guide you to create a bespoke invitation with a sharable link that can be sent to anyone and everyone via text, email, social media direct message, or any other digital method.
How will the Trail of Greatfull Mail be delivered?
The Trail of Greatfull Mail is digitally delivered via email to your recipient’s inbox on the organizer's chosen date.
How to join a trail?
Received an invite? Open the link, complete two heartfelt prompts, upload a photo, and your message is ready to join the trail. There is also an option to add to a group gift card. You can even share the link to invite more well-wishers!
WHAT IS A GREATFULL GIFT CARD?
The Greatfull Gift card is redeemable at hundreds of stores, making it a fantastic way to give your recipient the freedom of choice. Click here for further details including participating retailers.
WHO WILL SEE MY GREATFULL MAIL?
You decide! The Gift Organizer and the Gift Recipient will always see everyone’s Greatfull Mail. Additionally, a copy will be shared with all participants 24 hours after it’s delivered to the gift recipient. If you prefer your Greatfull Mail not to be shared with fellow participants, you have the option to opt out when creating it.
WHO WILL SEE HOW MUCH I HAVE CONTRIBUTED?
Only the gift organizer will be privy to the amount that has been contributed toward a group gift card. This information is never shared with other contributors or the gift recipient.
DO I HAVE TO CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS THE GROUP GIFT CARD?
Contributing to the group gift card is optional. Gift card contributions are subject to a fee to cover processing and handling costs.
Is Greatfull secure to use?
At Greatfull, your security is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information and ensure all transactions are safe and secure. As part of our security process, gift recipient verification is handled through our trusted payment processor, Stripe. We will never share or sell your personal information to third parties. ARE THERE ANY FEES IF I CHOOSE TO ADD TO THE GROUP GIFT CARD?
If you choose to contribute toward the optional group gift card, a small processing and handling fee will apply. This fee helps us manage the transaction costs and process, ensuring the gift recipient is securely verified, allowing everything to run smoothly.
Does Greatfull Operate Outside the United States?
Currently, we operate within the United States only. At this time, we are not able to support customers or services outside of the U.S. There will be many more places to be grateful soon, so stay tuned as we expand into new territories!
How do I cancel a Trail of Greatfull Mail?
If you need to cancel your Trail of Greatfull Mail, no worries! Just drop us an email at hello@greatfull.world at least 48 hours before the delivery date, and we’ll take care of it. Please note that we’re unable to provide refunds for any gift card contributions.
